Magnetic, an Internet development company founded in 1997, seeks an experienced technology sales professional with consultative selling experience. Magnetic is looking for a high energy, motivated individual who can work independently selling web services. The candidate should have prior experience selling consultancy or technology services and have experience working in a high-paced, quota-driven environment. The candidate selected will be supplied with inbound leads, in addition to seeking out new opportunities through both networking and prospecting. This position is a base salary plus commission position with uncapped earning potential via a generous commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new clients and opportunities, prospecting and lead management
- Negotiating contracts and closing opportunities
- Selling Web Services (consultative sales) including: Web Design, Web Development, Electronic Marketing, Web Hosting Services
- Providing functional requirements for projects
- Assisting in proposal development
- Ability to multi-task; Can-do attitude; Organized; Detail-oriented
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of direct sales experience
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Consulting, web services or software sales
- Track record of exceeding or meeting assigned sales goals
- Bachelors Degree
